1. Acceptance

By using the nurion.org website and related services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any provision, please do not use the site.

These Terms may be updated. The current version is always available on this page; the date of the last update is shown above.

2. About the platform

Nurion is an Investment Development & Structuring platform operated by Nurion Holdings DMCC (Dubai, UAE) and affiliated entities.

The site is informational. Nothing on it constitutes a public offer, investment advice, an offer to sell securities or an invitation to subscribe.

3. Intellectual property

All site materials — texts, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, interface solutions and architecture — belong to Nurion Holdings or are used with the rightsholder's permission.

Reproduction, copying, derivative works and commercial use without written consent are prohibited. Citations are allowed with attribution and an active link to the source.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site in good faith and for lawful purposes.

Prohibited: unauthorised access attempts, vulnerability scanning without permission, automated scraping beyond what robots.txt allows, infrastructure overload, distribution of malicious code.

It is prohibited to impersonate a Nurion representative or use the platform's name or marks without written consent.

5. Accuracy of information

We aim to keep information up to date, but we do not guarantee its completeness, accuracy or applicability to your specific situation.

Figures, timelines, jurisdictions and product descriptions on the site may be revised after due diligence and agreed individually for each transaction.

6. Third-party links

The site may contain links to partner, legal-advisor and regulator resources. We are not responsible for their content, availability or policies.

Following such links is at your own risk and is governed by the terms of the relevant resources.

7. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nurion is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Decisions to invest, enter into transactions or participate in projects are made by you, where appropriate with the assistance of qualified advisors.

8. Confidentiality

The processing of personal data is governed by a separate Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

Information exchanged between the parties during negotiations is considered confidential from the moment of disclosure unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Changes and termination of access

We reserve the right to modify, limit or terminate access to any sections of the site at any time without prior notice.

We may restrict access for a specific visitor in case of breach of these Terms, applicable law, or harm to the interests of Nurion or third parties.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, applying DIFC rules where relevant.

Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts, Dubai. The parties shall make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through negotiation prior to litigation.
